O&H originally submitted its Outline Planning Application for Marston Valley in May 2018. Following Central Bedfordshire Council’s endorsement of the Development Brief in March 2022, O&H has submitted an update to this Outline Planning Application to the Council in May 2022. This is now subject to a consultation by the Council which runs until June 2022. See further information, including a link to the updated application and all its related papers, on our News page.
